Dear Sir /Madam,
I am the registered manager of a 44 bedded care home providing 24-hour care for the elderly with
physical disabilities and dementia.
Our home is based in Wolverhampton. We have experienced some difficult situations due to the
complex needs of our service users requiring extra staff.
